Build Exotics Rental Program Terms and Conditions

By renting equipment from Build Exotics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period

   • Standard rental period is 10, 20, or 30 days depending on the option you selected.

   • The rental period begins on the date the product is marked delivered by the courier service.

2. Deposit

   • A refundable deposit of $50 is required for each shaft rental.

   • If you decide to purchase the shaft, the deposit will be applied toward your purchase price (with 5% off the remaining balance).

3. Condition of Equipment

   • All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.

   • You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear or for loss of the equipment. Replacement costs will be charged if equipment is not returned or is returned damaged.

4. Return Process

   • Rented shafts must be shipped back to Build Exotics by the end of your rental period.

   • Late returns may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Shipping

   • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in your rental confirmation.

   • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

6. Liability

   • Build Exotics is not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of rental equipment.

   • You accept full responsibility for the safe use of all rented items.

By proceeding with a rental, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
