Shipping:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied. Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@buildexotics.com before sending any item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
